夹具是带压密封技术的重要组成部分之一，是加装在泄漏缺陷的外部与泄漏部分外表共同组成新密封空腔的金属构件，其作用是在保证密封性能的同时，通过MS密封胶注胶孔连接高压MS密封胶注胶枪，提供1个MS密封胶的通道。

(1)设计准则夹具设计的优劣将直接关系到带压密封作业的成败以及现场操作时间和MS密封胶的用量。组合式夹具与常用夹具一样，在设计和制造过程中应该遵循的准则是:①具有良好的吻合性。②足够的强度和刚度。③合适的密封腔。④接触间隙严密。⑤MS密封胶注胶孔的数量和开设位置要合理。⑥分块合理。⑦夹具的材料选择合理，制作工艺尽可能简单。

(2)强度计算组合式夹具的强度设计与常用的单一夹具相类似，其具体方法可以参考文献中的相关部分。在此需要强调的是由于组合式夹具是由2个部件或者更多部件通过焊接组合而成的，在进行强度计算与校核时应该充分考虑到焊接接头的影响，要根据泄漏介质的压力、温度和腐蚀情况以及组合式夹具各组成部分所选材质的情况，合理地选择焊接接头系数。

(3)材料选择组合式夹具材料的选择与常用夹具材料的选择一样，除了要考虑满足其强度、塑性、韧性和硬度等力学性能外，还要考虑到满足泄漏介质的温度和抗腐蚀性能。另外，在选材时尽量使组合式夹具各组成部分的材质一致，这样才能确保组合式夹具焊缝的连接强度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
