       为确保硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶能有效防止水渗透,并在复杂工作条件下保持长期接口稳定性。以聚醚多元醇和环氧树脂为基质,使用多步法合成制备了一种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。并对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶力学性能和粘接性能进行了全面评估。结果表明,基于相同填料,随着碳酸钙含量的增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的防水性能指标呈下降趋势;在一定范围内增加填料的用量可以提高胶体的柔韧性和延展性;胶体的粘合强度随着碳酸钙含量的增加而相应增加。当纳米碳酸钙填料的掺量为5%时,可达到最佳防水效果;当填料为10%的纳米碳酸钙时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的断裂伸长率较高,为3.45 MPa,可以保证最佳力学性能;当在预聚体中添加10%的重质碳酸钙填料时,能够保证硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的最优粘接性能。
