分别以炭黑、甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)及两者并用为增强剂填充氢化丁睛稼胶(HNBR)，研究了HNBR混炼胶的硫化特征，考察了增强剂种类、炭黑与ZDMA并用比、温度对HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶物理机械性能的影响，并评价了用ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR制得的封隔器胶筒的高温高压密封性能。结果表明，相比炭黑，ZDMA增强HNBR混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均大幅度缩短，最大转矩大幅度提高;常温下炭黑的粒径越小，其填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的物理机械性能越好，但劣于ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，ZDMA/炭黑填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度比纯ZDMA填充HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶低，但同时永久变形也降低;在高温下，ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度具有较高的保持率，且随着温度的升高，降低速率低于纯ZDMA增强HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，但前者的拉断伸长率高于后者，而永久变形小于后者;ZDMA/炭黑增强HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有优异的耐热空气老化性能，且以其制得的封隔器胶筒能够在180 ℃30MPa的压差下保持较好的密封效果。

氢化丁睛橡胶(HNBR)是丁睛橡胶经过选择性加氢变成具有饱和结构的特种聚合物，它既具有优异的耐油和耐热性能，又表现出更高的拉伸强度和耐磨性能，在采油工程中逐渐得到广泛应用。在HNBR的加工与性能研究中常用的增强剂为炭黑，其价格便宜，但用其增强的HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐热空气老化性能较差。而改性蒙脱土由于其具有层状硅酸盐结构的特点，用其填充的胶料在加工过程中难以排除气泡，且增强效果不太显著。近年来，新型增强剂如甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)、改性蒙脱土对HNBR的增强研究受到广泛关注, ZDMA的增强效果较好，但成本较高，且温度ZDMA增强HNBR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响研究鲜见报道。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
