自制硅材耐候MS密封胶的综合性能，根据I述分析，采用纯度PUMS(小分子物质含碳少)为占聚合物，纳米Ca(U和轻质CaCO，复配体系为摆1料，加人10份自制活比增塑剂，再加人计好的MoS,tI烷偶联JDE3'I'DI等，在双行星搅拌釜中抽真空混合均匀，制得硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶)按!n标准GR/'1'23261-2009的规定，测得自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶的综合性能。

分析表3中的数据一以发现，按优化配力一所制得的硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶综合性能能够满足从至超过标准GB/I'23261-2009的要求、自制硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶耐污染性能验证采用本文制备的硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶分别与不同的大理石、花岗岩制成工型试件刀个按照标准引23261-2009中的规定进行污染性检测，测试结果见图2，详细数据见表。

分析及表4中的结果可以发现，本文制备的硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶对被测的花岗岩和大理石均不造成污染，污染性检测结果为无污染。

1)选用高纯度PDMS产品(挥发物质含量较低)，能够改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶的耐污染性。

2)轻质CaCO对硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶的耐污染性能贡献最大，其次是重质活性CaC03，最差是重质CaG03。

3)采用自制的活性增塑剂能够改善硅酮石材耐候MS密封胶的挤出性能，制得力学性能和污染性均满足标准GB/T22261-2009要求的高性能石材耐候MS密封胶。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
