如图所示，1#石材聚氨酯密封胶对石材无污染;2#石材聚氨酯密封胶由于小分子含量较高，对石材污染严重。选用纯度较高的PDMS产品，能够有效避免石材污染问题。

固定纳米CaCO:的用量，分别与150份重质CaC03,150份重质活性CaC03和150份轻质CaC03复配，得到三种复配填料，编号为3#,4#,5#。分别采用3#,4#,5#复配填料制成硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶3#,4#,5#,3种聚氨酯密封胶对石材的耐污染性能测试结果见表。

如表所示，二种硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶在标准实验条件下的耐污染性没有明显差别，但经加热处理和紫外线处理后被测石材的污染宽度和污染深度都表现出不体来说，添加轻caCO,的5#密封胶耐污染性能鼓优，添加重质活性caCO,的4#聚氨酯密封胶耐污染性能次之，添加重质(:aC(),的3#聚氨酯密封胶耐污染性能最差、增塑剂对硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶耐污染性的影响。

适添加增塑}}J能够改善硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶体系的娜度，进而改善其挤出性能增塑剂本身不参与聚氨酯密封胶体系化学反应，但添加增塑剂就可能存在小分子物质的迁移渗出，造成石材接缝表面及周围吸尘而污染，即石材污染本文采用自制的活性增塑剂代竹df通增塑，并以纳米,与轻质,复配体系作填料，制备了一种具有较优耐污染性能的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶，详细结果见表。

如表2所示，采自制活性增塑剂制得的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶耐污染性能与不添加增塑剂的硅酮石材耐候聚氨酯密封胶耐污染性能相当「这是由于活性增塑剂，的活性基参与聚氨酯密封胶体系的聚合反应形成网状结构，活性增塑剂本身没有残留，也就不会对石材造成污染。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
