测试既有MS密封胶再粘结型试片拉伸粘结性的方法

       表/中试片在试验过程中均为8553内聚破坏,即破坏面发生在既有MS密封胶上,而非再粘结使用的MS密封胶表/中再粘结试片最大强度伸长率数据均已作近似处理,减去再粘结用的MS密封胶在该拉伸强度下对应的最大强度伸长率口可以认为处理后的数据能表征所取既有幕墙MS密封胶胶样的实际最大强度伸长率。

       CSI组为Cs组的同尺寸再粘结试片,最大强度值几乎没有变化,最大强度伸长率变化不大组试片改变了尺寸,最大强度变化不大,极差为最大强度伸长率变化相对较大,极差为。由以上结果可以得出结论:采用再粘结试片的方法能表征既有MS密封胶的最大强度;再粘结试片尺寸变化对最大强度影响不大,对最大强度伸长率影响较大口玻璃幕墙工程技术规泡规定:幕墙MS密封胶设计不应小于巨粘结宽度大于厚度口因此,推荐采用的取样尺寸为宽H厚H口长这样,不同幕墙接缝尺寸的取样要求都能满足。对某个采用结构胶的工程进行现场取样,该幕墙己自然曝晒老化姗年口取样尺寸为宽H口厚H按峨击资所述的制样方法和CI劣所规定的条件进行实验,试片序号编为d口浦,测试结果如表P所示。

       表P中试片在试验过程中均为内聚破坏,说明再粘结用的MS密封胶对己老化既有MS密封胶粘结良好口表P中最大强度伸长率按表M中最大强度伸长率数据处理方法,作同样的近似处理口由表P可见,固定取样尺寸后,不同试样间最大强度与最大强度伸长率变动不大,采用该取样方法,具有较好的可重复性。

       在MS密封胶胶缝设计范围内,MS密封胶试片尺寸变化对最大强度影响不大,而对最大强度伸长率影响较大。

       实验用的MS密封胶与既有幕墙MS密封胶及己老化的既有幕墙MS密封胶都具有良好粘结性。

       采用测试既有MS密封胶再粘结型试片拉伸粘结性的方法,能近似表征既有MS密封胶实际应用中的最大强度。

       既有MS密封胶再粘结型试片在规定养护条件下的养护时间应不少于心。

       考虑操作简单及适用性,推荐取样尺寸为宽H长该尺寸试片的最大强度可近似表征既有MS密封胶实际用中的最大强度,所得最大强度伸长率可作参考指标用以判断既有幕墙结构胶的可靠性及老化程度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
