以低相对分子质量的聚醋多元醇、异氰酸醋三聚体、含活性氢的硅烷偶联剂为原料，合成了一种用于促进汽车档风玻璃与聚氨酯密封胶密封粘接的底涂剂，探讨了聚醋多元醇合成的预聚体加入量和硅烷偶联剂加入量对底涂剂性能的影响。结果表明，制成的底涂剂有较快的表干时间，并对玻璃基材和聚氨酯密封胶都具有优异的粘接力。

进人21世纪后，中国的汽车工业进人了稳定快速的发展时期，汽车产销量已跃居世界第一位。现在汽车挡风玻璃普遍采用单组分湿固化的聚氨酯密封胶粘接密封。全世界几乎90%生产的汽车挡风玻璃采用直接上玻璃工艺，美、欧、日则完全使用胶粘剂粘接汽车挡风玻璃川。这种设计不但可以提高车体的密封性能和可靠性，而且可以减轻车体自重。

为了保障行车及突发事件时的安全，要求密封胶与基材的粘接在破坏试验时达到完全内聚破坏。在玻璃与聚氨酷密封胶之间涂刷一层底涂剂是目前最常用的办法。这就要求底涂剂对玻璃和聚氨酯密封胶都具有很好的粘接力，并能在15 min内完成表干以适应车厂装配线的要求等先后发表过相关的专利，对于底涂剂的研发思路和性能提出了各自的见解。

本研发采用低相对分子质量的聚醋多元醇与脂肪族二异氰酸醋反应先制得聚氨醋预聚体溶液，用HDI三聚体和KH-590按比例混合搅拌制得一种同时含有硅甲氧基和异氰酸醋官能团的反应产物(YP_2)，再将预聚体溶液、YP-2、乙酸乙醋、炭黑、二月桂酸二丁基锡(T-12)一起进行球磨，制得聚氨酷密封胶底涂剂。该底涂剂不但使聚氨酯密封胶与玻璃基材牢固粘接，而且具有优异的成膜性能，实现了漆膜的快速表干，以满足车厂流水线装配。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
