       (1)综合考虑塑性变形和后续溶解对密封性能的影响,防突环的材料选用镁铝合金材料,防突环的开槽数为4、防突环数量为2时密封效果最好。

       (2)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒长度将对密封压力产生显著的影响。随着中间硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒长度的增加,最小密封压力整体呈先增大后减小的趋势,综合考虑固井滑套的实际应用需求,建议中间硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的长度为125 mm。

       (3)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的不同开孔形状会对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封性能产生显著的影响。综合考虑密封压力、加工性能以及经济性等,半圆形开孔的密封效果最佳。开孔半径也会对密封压力产生影响,当半圆形开孔半径为3一5 mm时密封压力高,密封效果最好。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
