由于防突环主要承受载荷,而MS密封胶胶筒部分主要负责密封,因此梭镖是否能承受高压除了MS密封胶胶筒橡胶部分外还取决于防突环。优化后防突环可以承受更高的载荷,因此文中进一步探究了在加压60 MPa的情况下中间MS密封胶胶筒长度对MS密封胶胶筒密封性能的影响。
MS密封胶胶筒是该滑套的重要部件,坐封过程中先对梭镖打压,压缩MS密封胶胶筒,通过MS密封胶胶筒压缩膨胀与套管之间形成密封。MS密封胶中胶筒的长度决定密封件的接触长度和接触面积,接触面积越大,密封效果越好。MS密封胶胶筒长度增加,密封区域增加,但MS密封胶胶筒长度也不宜过长。MS密封胶胶筒过长容易失稳,并且压缩过程中容易造成应力集中,从而影响密封。而MS密封胶中胶筒过短也可能造成密封失效,MS密封胶胶筒变形严重。因此,MS密封胶胶筒长度对于梭镖密封情况有极大的影响,文中在加载60 MPa时分别对MS密封胶中胶筒长度L为110,115,120,125,130,135 mm进行对比分析,结果如图所示。
图表示轴向的接触压力沿路径的变化情况,在轴向距离为30 mm时轴向接触压力达到最大。图表示不同中间MS密封胶胶筒长度下图中接触应力最大处MS密封胶胶筒的圆周接触应力变化,可以看出随着MS密封胶胶筒长度的增加,最小密封压力和最大接触应力都是呈先减小再增大又减小的趋势,最小密封压力在125mm时达到最大值为75 MPa。
图表示不同中间MS密封胶胶筒长度下MS密封胶胶筒的压缩距离,可知中间MS密封胶胶筒越长,MS密封胶胶筒的轴向压缩距离越大。因为在橡胶长度增加的情况下,中间环空体积未变,因此橡胶填满中间环空体积后位移相应地增加。点E为轴向压缩距离由急变缓的转折点,说明在点E时MS密封胶胶筒与套管开始接触;点F之后轴向压缩距离又呈线性变化,说明MS密封胶胶筒和套管已经完全接触,因此轴向压缩距离不会有太大的变化。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
