       可以看出有限元分析的防突环和中单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒变形情况与实验结果基本一致,表明文中仿真方法和结果具有一定的可靠性。因此在此基础上采用仿真方法对单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒的结构形状和几何尺寸进行了优化,考虑密封失效是由于中间单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒过长和应力集中引起,故对中单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒进行进一步优化。将中间单单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒改为中间三单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒,设计的新型中间三单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒结构如图9所示。梭镖敏感参数优化分析对设计的新型中间三单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒结构进行敏感性参数分析,研究了防突环和单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒结构参数等对滑套单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒密封性能的影响规律。

防突环结构的影响

       防突环的材料对于单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒橡胶压缩程度有影响,材料塑性变形大,橡胶与套管内壁更贴合。由于镁铝合金强度较低,在单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶筒压缩过程中镁铝合金塑性变形大,因此考虑塑性变形和后续溶解,防突环的材料选用镁铝合金材料。镁铝合金材料的弹性模量为15 200MPa,泊松比为0. 3,密度为1. 835 g/cm3,应力一应变曲线如图所示。

       文中设计3种防突环结构,如图11所示,分别为不开槽、开设矩形和梯形槽。对3种防突环结构进行有限元分析,结果如图所示。

       从图中可以看出当加压45 MP。时,开槽防突环的最大接触压力大于未开槽防突环;从图中可以看出,开槽防突环的最小密封压力大于未开槽防突环,其中未开槽防突环的最小密封压力为41. 5 MPa左右,矩形槽的最小密封压力达到46. 7MPa,梯形槽达到44. 75 MPa。因此矩形槽的密封性能大于其余2种。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
