使用中应注意:当密封间隙大时，可反复涂抹2一3次MS密封胶胶液。每次间隔15-20分钟。待头层MS密封胶胶液不粘手时，即可进行第二次涂抹。当设备急于使用时，可在配制MS密封胶胶液时适当加大固化剂JQ-1(即列克那)的比例。固化剂一般为5--20(按重量)，当达到20%时，抹胶装配后两小时即可投入使用。但所有涂胶面必须无水渍、油渍和灰尘。

检查气动胶枪各部件是否齐全、密封性是否良好，然后将胶条装人枪内，根据打胶处缝隙大小选择合适枪嘴，旋紧枪套，连接好气管。双手握好胶枪，枪嘴最长端在外侧，与打胶部位成45-600，扣动扳机使胶枪匀速运动，确保MS密封胶能够均匀地涂抹在焊缝处，无漏涂、少涂。打胶完毕后，用抹布或者塑料片蘸上少量肥皂水将焊缝上的MS密封胶抹平，要求MS密封胶将整个实施打胶工艺之后，跟踪发现断焊处没有锈蚀出现，表明雨水无法渗透MS密封胶进人焊缝从而腐蚀钢材，起到了很好的防腐作用。由于MS密封胶将断焊处填实，焊缝外观明显提升。MS密封胶取代喷漆，减少了油漆的使用，作业环境得到改善，涂料成本也有所降低，该工艺给公司、给员工带来了看得见的实惠。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
