       薄层粘结试件所表现的强度值和最大强度伸长率均高于常规厚度试件,与基材粘结均良好。因此,丁基防水嵌缝胶的薄层粘结可以作为一种粘结方式在一些新的场景中应用。但是由于薄层粘结方式的厚度非常小,以丁基防水嵌缝胶变位承受能力计算出允许的绝对位移值小于常规厚度粘结方式的绝对位移值,丁基防水嵌缝胶发生较小的绝对变形就产生较大的应力,在应用过程中需要通过设计确保丁基防水嵌缝胶承受变形时应力不超过其强度设计值。

       随着丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘结厚度减小,不同类别的丁基防水嵌缝胶的拉伸性能和剪切性能都呈现上升趋势。以碳酸钙为填料的非透明丁基防水嵌缝胶(胶样A和胶样B),薄层粘结试件的性能比常规厚度试件的拉性能上升幅度小一些;以白炭黑为填料的透明丁基防水嵌缝胶(胶样C),薄层粘结试件的性能比常规厚度试件的性能上升幅度大一些。不同丁基防水嵌缝胶在薄层粘结中的表现有所区别,应予以关注。

       不同厂家的丁基防水嵌缝胶配方不一样,所表现出的性能也不一样。对于具体应用中的各种基材,用户选用丁基防水嵌缝胶薄层粘结的方式仍需要通过相关规范中各种条件下的试验验证。

       我矿有不同规格的齿轮减速器18台。随着使用年限和检修拆装次数的增加,各减速机剖分面和轴承盖、观察孔等静密封接合面,均有不同程度的渗油、漏油现象。

       我们曾对各减速机剖分面进行研磨、加垫以及涂漆等堵漏试验,均收效不大。后改用广州永红化工厂生产的“Cy -304厌氧胶”密封。但由于胶液浓度低,流动性大,特别对变形大、结合面间隙超过0.2毫米的部位,达不到有效密封厚度,密封效果差。我们再次选用 LDN一1.LDN-2氯丁密封胶代替密封胶,在各减速机剖分面及所有静密封结合处涂抹试用。从1983年8月至1984年8月检修时观察,各减速机所有静密封结合处未见任何泄漏现象。各处胶膜随结合处间隙大小不同而呈厚薄不一的连续胶膜。拆卸中胶膜随结合面而撕裂,没有浸润。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
