硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸粘结强度相对剪切强度的数据对比,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶厚度12mm的试件,胶样A的剪切强度是其拉伸粘结强度的83%;胶样B的剪切强度是其拉伸粘结强度的87%;胶样c的剪切强度是其拉伸粘结强度的;硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶厚度m的试件,胶样A的剪切强度是其拉伸粘结强度的;胶样B的剪切强度是拉伸粘结强度的;胶样c的剪切强度是拉伸粘结强度的79%;总体上来看,同种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试件的剪切强度是小于拉伸粘结强度,其剪切强度与拉伸粘结强度的比值是相近的。这说明同种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的剪切强度相对于拉伸粘结强度的变化是稳定的。
不同厚度试件的最大强度伸长率对比,胶样A、胶样B和胶样c的薄层粘结试件的最大拉伸强度伸长率与常规厚度试件的比值是312%。胶样A、胶样B和胶样C的薄层粘结试件的最大剪切强度伸长率与常规厚度试件的比值是:152%、176%和179%。无论拉伸粘结性测试或者剪切性能测试时,三种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的薄层粘结试件的最大强度伸长率都高于常规厚度试件的最大强度伸长率,其中胶样B的伸长率最大,胶样A其次,胶样C最小。除胶样C薄层粘结试件与常规厚度试件的拉伸强度伸长率比值达到312%,变化较大外,其余的胶样薄层粘结试件的最大强度伸长率与常规厚度试件的比值是150%一190%之间,变化幅度相对小一些,同时变化幅度一致。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
