性能测试与表征拉伸粘结性测试的H型丁基防水嵌缝胶试件和十字型丁基防水嵌缝胶试件:将电子万能材料试验机的拉伸变化速率设为S.Smm/min，参照GB/I'13477.8-2017方法进行测试。剪切性能测试的H型丁基防水嵌缝胶试件:将电子万能材料试验机的拉伸变化速率设为S.Smm/min，按照JG/'I' 475-2015进行测试;剪切性能测试的搭接丁基防水嵌缝胶试件:将电子万能材料试验机的拉伸变化速率设为S.Smn}/min，按照GB/'I' 7124-2008进行测试。上述4种丁基防水嵌缝胶试件在拉力机上测试的情况，如图5一8所示。

测试结束后，拉伸粘结性测试丁基防水嵌缝胶试件取每组试样的拉伸粘结强度平均值、最大拉伸强度伸长率平均值以及粘结破坏面积作为结果;剪切性能测试丁基防水嵌缝胶试件取每组试样的剪切强度平均值、最大剪切强度伸长率平均值和粘结破坏面积作为结果。丁基防水嵌缝胶的不同厚度丁基防水嵌缝胶试件的拉伸粘结性测试。

3种丁基防水嵌缝胶的不同厚度丁基防水嵌缝胶试件的进行拉伸粘结性测试，其中薄层粘结的胶层厚度是1 , 2mm，常规粘结的胶层厚度是12mm，测得的拉伸粘结强度和最大拉伸强度伸长率的结果见图9一10所示、通过图9中的拉伸粘结强度数据分析，胶样A的拉伸粘结强度随着粘结厚度变小呈现上升趋势，常规粘结厚度12mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.6MPa，薄层粘结厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.75MPa，薄层粘结厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.86MPa。胶样B的拉伸粘结强度随着粘结厚度变小呈现上升趋势，常规粘结厚度12mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到薄层粘结厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.83MPa,薄层粘结厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.99MPa。胶样C的拉伸粘结强度随着粘结厚度变小呈现上升趋势，常规粘结厚度1mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到0.71 MPa，薄层粘结厚度2mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.32MPa，薄层粘结厚度1 mm的丁基防水嵌缝胶试件拉伸粘结强度达到1.SMPao 3种丁基防水嵌缝胶的薄层粘结丁基防水嵌缝胶试件的拉伸粘结强度都是高于常规粘结丁基防水嵌缝胶试件的拉伸粘结强度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
