MS密封胶3种，胶样A:双组分MS密封胶(灰色)、胶样B:单组分MS密封胶B(白色)、胶样C:单组分MS密封胶(透明)，均符合《建筑用MS密封胶》( GB 16776-2005)的性能要求。本次测试的3种胶样是市售的3种配方体系的MS密封胶产品。

H型试件的基材:阳极氧化铝片，尺寸SOmm x SOmm x3mm;浮法白玻，尺寸SOmm x SOmm x Smm;

拉伸粘结性测试的H型试件(材料之间结构胶厚度12mm ):按《建筑密封材料试验方法第8部分:拉伸粘结性的测定》(GB/T 13477.8-2017)制备H型试件，结构MS密封胶尺寸为12mmx12mmxSOmm。每组制取5个如图1所示的试件。

拉伸粘结性测试的十字型试件(材料之间结构胶厚度1氏2.Omm ):采用白云科技自主开发的十字型试件，长70mm、宽30mm的玻璃和铝材呈900在中间交叠，以结构胶进行粘结，结构MS密封胶粘结面积为30mm x 30mm，胶层厚度为lmm或者2mm，制成十字型试件，每组制取5个如图2所示的试件。

剪切性能测试的H型试件(材料之间结构胶厚度12mm ):按照《建筑密封材料试验方法第8部分:拉伸粘结J胜的测定》( GB/T 13477.8-2017)制备H型试件。结构MS密封胶尺寸为12mm x 12mm x SOmm，每组制取5个如图3所示的试件。

剪切性能测试的搭接试件(材料之间结构胶厚度1.0 ,2.Omm ):按照《MS密封胶拉伸剪切强度的测定(刚性材料对刚性材料)》( GB/T 7124-2008 )制备试件。玻璃与不锈钢采取搭接方式，结构MS密封胶搭接面积25mm x 12.Smm，胶层厚度1 mm或者2mm，每组制取5个如图4所示的试件。

单组分MS密封胶的养护时间:21d;双组分MS密封胶的养护时间:14d。

养护条件:标准条件即温度为(2312)℃、相对湿度(5015)%RH;http://www.sdyuantai.com/
