为了探究硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶薄层粘结的性能,本文通过实验设计,分别侧试了5种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在标准条件下薄层粘结试件和常规厚度粘结试件的拉伸粘结性和剪切性能。侧试结果发现5种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶薄层粘结试件的拉伸粘结性和剪切性能均高于常规厚度粘结试件,但较薄的结构胶发生较小的绝对变形就产生较大的应力。通过实验结果证明:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的薄层粘结可以作为一种粘结方式在一些特殊场景中应用,但在应用过程中需要通过设计确保结构胶承受变形时应力不超过其强度设计值。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是一种用于建筑结构中能够传递结构构件间的静态荷载或动态荷载的密封胶,其作为建筑幕墙及其他结构粘结装配的主要粘结材料,已被广泛使用。在建筑工程中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶主要应用在隐框或半隐框玻璃幕墙的玻璃面板与铝合金副框的粘结。根据《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》JGJ 102-2003 )中的设计规定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结厚度范围是6一12mm。在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的胶缝设计范围内测试不同尺寸的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的H型试件,结果表明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的H型试件随着厚度变化,其拉伸粘结强度影响不大,而最大强度伸长率的影响较大。当前,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶满足JGJ 102- 2003设计要求的粘结厚度是被认为安全的,最小粘结厚度不能小于6mm,但在一些特殊应用场景中的板材与金属构架、板材与板材等粘结厚度要求非常薄,可能仅有1一3mm,针对这类薄层粘结的应用,由于没有相关设计规范,用户担心硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的薄层粘结性能的可靠性。对于结构胶的薄层粘结实验,徐志彪m对环氧树脂结构胶和丙烯酸醋结构胶的不同厚度试件进行测试,测试结果显示当粘接厚度不断增加时,两种结构胶的剪切强度和拉伸强度先增加后降低。而硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的薄层粘结实验是极少有人进行。本文针对不同配方体系的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,开展薄层粘结性能实验,对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶薄层粘结应用给予指导。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
