单组分室温硫化(RTV一1)有机硅MS密封胶通常是由基础聚合物(活性端基聚二甲基硅氧烷)、填料、交联剂、催化剂等在隔绝湿气条件下混合均匀，密闭包装而成。使用时，能借助空气中的微量水分(湿气)发生缩合反应，形成三维网络结构的弹性体。RTV一1有机硅MS密封胶因使用方便广泛应用于户外及现场施工、室内装演等场合。RTV一1有机硅MS密封胶由于依靠空气中的水分硫化，所以施工环境的温度、相对湿度对其硫化性能影响很大，尤其是在室外施工时。由于中国地域辽阔，不同地域的温湿度差别很大;因此，有必要研究不同温湿度下有机硅MS密封胶硫化性能的变化。有关温度对RTV一1有机硅MS密封胶硫化性能的影响已有报道[X37;而相对湿度对其硫化性能的影响仅见笼统地介绍“硫化速度随着环境的温度和相对湿度的增加而增加”，具体如何影响则未见有报导。本实验单纯考察相对湿度对RTV一1有机硅MS密封胶硫化性能的影响，以供用胶单位参考。

目前，我国建筑市场上的RTV一1有机硅MS密封胶按硫化体系分主要有脱酸型、脱醇型和脱酮肪型三大类。由于脱醇型和脱酮肪型产品在使用不同填料(Siq、CaCq)时的硫化性能有很大差别，所以本实验选择本厂生产的以上三种硫化体系的5种产品进行实验。SJS 668高级酸性玻璃胶:脱酸型，填料为SiC; SJS 5500高级采光棚专用胶:脱醇型，填料为Si02 ; SJS 9200高级透明中性有机硅MS密封胶:脱酮肪型，填料为SiC;SJS 6300阻燃有机硅MS密封胶:脱醇型，填料为CaC03;SJS 3300酮肪型有机硅耐候胶:脱酉同肪型，填料为CaC,03。

温度:23℃士2℃;相对湿度:分别为20%士5 !%、35%士5%,0%士5 、65 %士5%、80%士5 `%、95%士5%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
