       中空玻璃的MS密封胶密封结构目前市场上中空玻璃的密封主要有胶条法和胶接法两种。胶条法的主体材料是丁基防水嵌缝胶或聚异丁烯胶。在加热。加压条件下,胶条在玻璃上形成的是非化学粘结表层,而丁基防水嵌缝胶或聚异丁烯胶遇热易蠕变。遇冷则变硬,所以导致胶条结构中空玻璃耐温度交变性能差。耐候性能差。胶条法使用的胶条为塑性体而非弹性体,因此抗位移变形能力也很差。从实际使用效果来看,许多采用此法的生产企业都反映中空玻璃漏气。漏水现象严重。因此胶条结构的中空玻璃市场前景不太明朗。
