采用上述工程中使用的质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶制成的试样,在该工程外的其他深圳地区进行同样的自然老化对比试验,试验持续40个月,历次性能测试结果见表2和图4。
分析表2和图4中的结果可以发现,质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶在40个月的持续曝晒和自然老化试验过程中,拉伸粘结强度同样保持在0.99--1.14MPa之间上下浮动,相对标准偏差仅5.3%,拉伸粘结强度基本保持不变;断裂伸长率在老化初期略有增加,3.5个月时增加到380%,随后保持在380%-428%之间上下浮动,相对标准偏差9.0%,仍算稳定。对比试验中丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能变化趋势与实际工程中丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能变化趋势基本一致。可以推断,在深圳亚热带季风气候条件下,质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶具有优异的耐久稳定性。
采用上述工程中使用的质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶制成的试样,在郑州地区(温带季风气候)进行同样的自然老化对比试验,试验持续42个月,历次性能测试结果见表。
分析表3和图5中的结果可以发现,质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶在42个月的持续曝晒和自然老化试验过程中,拉伸粘结强度始终保持在1.001.13MPa之间上下浮动,相对标准偏差仅5.3%,拉伸粘结强度基本保持稳定;断裂伸长率在老化初期略有上升,3.5个月时增加到351%,之后一直保持在351%-415%之间上下浮动,相对标准偏差仅6.4%,断裂伸长率亦基本稳定。由此可以推断,在郑州温带季风气候条件下,质保25年的丁基防水嵌缝胶同样具有较优的耐久稳定性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
