硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶增塑剂含量对体系分子间相互作用的影响

       范德华力作用能近似等于总相互作用能,这也验证了分子间的主要相互作用方式为范德华力作用。此外,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与增塑剂白油、甲基硅油、双端乙烯基硅油分子间的总相互作用能和范德华力作用能的增长趋势一致,均随着温度的升高而减弱。因此,这在一定程度上导致了增塑剂分子随着温度升高而扩散能力增强。然而,对比不同增塑剂的相互作用力能发现,白油与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶分子间的相互作用力能大于甲基硅油和双端乙烯基硅油,这与3种增塑剂的扩散能力不符,说明在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系中增塑剂与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶分子间相互作用力能并非是影响增塑剂扩散的主要因素。

       3种混合体系中增塑剂白油、甲基硅油和双端乙烯基硅油在不同含量下与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶分子间总相互作用能和范德华力作用能,如图12和图13所示。

       由图12和图13可知:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与增塑剂白油、甲基硅油、双端乙烯基硅油分子间的总相互作用能和范德华力作用能均随着增塑剂含量的增加而增大,增塑剂含量越高,与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶分子间的相互作用就越大。体系的自由体积及自由体积分数—空间效应增塑剂分子占有体积有研究表明!sod:分子的尺寸大小也会影响增塑剂的扩散性能,分子越小越容易在体系中运动。由增塑剂分子结构式可以大概看出,白油分子结构尺寸是最小的,双端乙烯基硅油分子尺寸最大,甲基硅油次之。此外,为保证猜测的准确性,本文进一步计算了白油、甲基硅油和双端乙烯基硅油分子在混合体系中的占有体积,计算结果如表4所示。由表4可知:增塑剂分子占有体积大小顺序为,双端乙烯基硅油>甲基硅油>白油,这也验证了猜测结果。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
