掺油的中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结性能

       以矿物油作增塑剂会对中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结性能产生不利的影响。在添加量较少和常温条件下,影响尚不明显,但是在热老化和水一紫外老化条件下,掺油硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性能则会有较大程度地降低。按照GB/T 13477规定的要求,制作成H型试样,再按照GB 16776规定的方法测试中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶常温、高温(90 ℃)、水一紫外条件下中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结性能,实验结果见表3。

       JGJ102《玻璃幕墙「程技术规范》特别规定:隐框和半隐框玻璃幕墙用中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶必须采用硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶;而按照GB 16776《建筑用硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》的规定,硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结破坏面积不得大于5%。很显然,掺油的硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶达不到上述要求。硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是保证幕墙工程安全的重要因素,因此采用掺油的硅酮结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶会带来严重的安全隐患。

       掺油中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的热老化性能按照GB 16776规定的要求,测试掺油与未掺油的中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的热失重,实验结果见表4。

       由于矿物油沸点较低、挥发性大阎,在标准要求的高温(90 ℃)条件下,掺油中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的热失重较大,超过了标准规定的10%。通过热重分析实验,可以进一步研究添加矿物油对中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐热性的影响,图3为掺油与未掺油的中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的1"GA曲线,从该曲线可以看出掺油中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐热性有较大的降低。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
