       2)方案2。当b=2c+"rrc2/(2a)时,b值合适,玻璃粘接面积和车身饭金粘接面相等,两侧粘接力相等,不存在能效过剩,同时MS密封胶在玻璃和车身饭金之间的圆弧长度达到最大值,提高了MS密封胶的拉伸强度和剪切强度等。

       3)方案3。当b<2c+"rrc2/(2a)时,b值过小,玻璃粘接面积小于车身饭金粘接面积。由于MS密封胶在玻璃粘接面积减少,对玻璃不能达到有效的粘接力,因此在车辆行驶过程中对驾驶员和乘客不能起到防护作用,具有安全隐患。

       由以上分析可以得出:使用MS密封胶粘接的最佳效果是两面粘接的面积一样,推荐使用方案2。由于汽车成批量化生产,一些简单并重复的工作逐渐被机器所代替,机器人在施胶工序上的应用已经趋于成熟阶段,因其能够精准地控制施胶型状和用量而被推广使用,并得到市场认可。采用智能化生产已成为一种趋势。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
