当聚氨酯密封胶未固化时，形态为膏状的粘性体，具有一定的触变性。为确保固化后的聚氨酯密封胶整体质量和美观，刮胶和整形是不可缺少的施工工序;在注胶完成后，应立即进行刮胶和整形操作。具体施工时，采用刮刀或薄铁扁铲等专用工具，沿着伸缩缝缓缓刮涂聚氨酯密封胶表面，不可用力过大，见图6。聚氨酯密封胶胶层表面要光滑平整，尽量做到一次成型，避免反复多次刮涂而导致胶层表面缺陷。对于刮涂不完整的地方，用乙醇进行整形修补，然后再用抹布或毛刷等工具将残留在表面的聚氨酯密封胶清洁干净。在完成刮胶和整形操作后，应当立即将伸缩缝两侧所粘贴的胶带撕除，静待聚氨酯密封胶缓慢固化。聚氨酯密封胶处理整体效果图，见图7。www.sdyuantai.com
