根据工程施工设计要求，胶缝的宽度和厚度比值范围为(1一2.5):1。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶施工具体过程可以分为注胶、检查补胶、刮胶和整形四个步骤。

注胶

为了避免硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶施工过程中污染伸缩缝周边的基材，在注胶之前，应该在紧贴伸缩缝的两侧位置，粘贴白色胶带;根据防撞墙伸缩缝相对狭窄、面积小的特点，采用手动打胶枪的注胶方式，以保证硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的密实性，提高施工效率。

注胶施工中，调整好枪嘴宽度、用力均匀，沿着单一方向进行施工;如此操作，直至将伸缩缝的空隙填充完毕，见图5。注胶施工不可移动过快或往复移动，以防引起气泡和空穴的产生。为避免残留硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化封堵枪嘴，在注胶完成后，应及时清洗胶枪。

检查补胶

由于工程采用手动打胶枪的注胶施工方式，不可避免地会出现一些注胶不完整图S手动注胶处理的地方。因此在注胶施工完成后，立即进行自检，对于部分未注满胶的伸缩缝，特别是在一些交叉处和个别缝隙的破损处，应及时进行补胶处理，做到补胶完整均匀。www.sdyuantai.com
