根据试验结果可知,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度受温度和应变率因素影响。借鉴对合金材料热拉伸变形模型中峰值应力的预测方法,其函数表达式可通过ZenerHollomon参数与峰值应力的关系,来确定温度和应变率与峰值应力的表达式。结合本文的试验结果发现,峰值应力预测模型通过该硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在温度和应变率变化条件下的拉伸结果确定模型参数后,也可以很好的进行硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料的拉伸强度预测。Zener-Hollomon参数与拉伸强度的关系,如式(4.3)所示:其中,6p为拉伸强度,A,a和材是材料常数。Z是Zener-Hollomon参数,它是温度校正应变率,表示由温度和应变率引起的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料热变形行为影响。根据Zener-Hollomon参数可以很好的分析温度和应变率的祸合影响。其中,E一应变率(ls)T一温度(K),Q一热变形的活化能(J/mol),R一通用气体常数(定值8.31J/Cmol*K)。公式(<4.3)中的温度和应变率与拉伸强度之间关系,可利用Sellars和Mctegart的热变形机理方程来表达,即Arrhenius类型的关系方程,如式(4.5)所示:其中,A,a和n"是材料常数。方程(4.5)可简化为两种表达形式,分别为幂次方程和指数方程。如方程(4.6)和(4.7)所示:其中,A,A”和声是材料常数,且根据热变形机理方程之间的关系,可知材料常数之间存在/3=axn的关系。www.sdyuantai.com
