       为了分析聚氨酯密封胶材料的物性状态随温度的变化情况,并确定材料的玻璃化转变温度。利用动态力学分析仪DMA-Q800对HP-172B硅烷改性聚氨酯聚氨酯密封胶材料进行恒定频率下、温度匀速增大的温度扫描试验。如图3.1所示。试验测出三种特性参数:储存模量、损耗模量和损耗因子。其中,储存模量即杨氏模量,是材料变形后回弹的指标,表示材料存储弹性变形能量的能力;损耗模量是描述材料产生形变时能量转化为热的现象,是能量损失的量度,也是材料的粘性本质;损耗因子代表每周期耗散能量与在这周期内的最大储能之比,也是损耗模量与储存模量之比。三种特性参数都可以作为判断材料玻璃化转变温度的指标,需结合材料本身的物性特点和力学性质来决定。

       从图3.1可知,储存模量曲线分别在42.03 ℃和210.06℃有两个明显的峰,表明材料经历了两个相变。损耗模量的峰值处所对应的温度为228.67℃,损耗因子的峰值处所对应的温度为244.56℃。因为聚氨酯密封胶材料具有粘弹性,需要考虑粘性变形造成的能量损失,而损耗模量又是材料的粘性本质。于是,本文利用损耗模量的峰值来定义Tg。则可知材料的玻璃化转变温度为228.67℃。

      上一节对聚氨酯密封胶材料进行了温度扫描试验,并测出它的玻璃化转变温度Tg。因此在温度变化的试验测试中,要保证温度的变化范围在该材料的玻璃化转变温度以下。于是,在玻璃化转变温度以下,分别对材料进行了温度变化和应变率变化的强度拉伸测试。本章用热力学温度(T)来进行分析。www.sdyuantai.com
