       本文试验采用的材料为HP-172B硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶单组份的耐候聚氨酯密封胶,该硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶结构中不仅含有硅氧键(Si-O键),改性后材料的分子链发生了一定的变化,增加了碳氮键(C-N键)和氮氢键(N-H键)的连接。使得改性后材料的分子结构更加稳定,整体的分子链呈现出一种稳定的网状结构。具有耐高温、耐潮湿、耐磨和良好的伸缩性等特点。材料的物理性能参数,如表2.1所示。

       首先,采用厚度为2mm,长为300mm,宽为12mm的长方体模具,并在凹槽的底端贴一层厚度大约为0.3的聚四氟乙烯薄膜。聚四氟乙烯本身具有高润滑不粘性的特点,是固体材料中摩擦系数最低和表面张力最小的物质,不茹附任何物质。放置的目的就是为了防止固化后的胶粘在模具底端,破坏试件的完整性。

       在填充胶的过程中,为了防止硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的过多溢出,将长方体凹槽一端固定并用聚四氟乙烯薄膜阻隔。利用专用的注胶枪将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶注入模具中,让模具内充分填满胶。而此时的胶相对不均匀且不能保证底部各个角落都填满胶。这就需要利用平整的表面贴附聚四氟乙烯薄膜的薄片,对凹槽内的胶进一步的填充。从凹槽的一侧开始,沿着上表面匀速划过,以保证凹槽的各个角落充满胶以及上表面的均匀平整。最后,在温度为25℃和湿度为40%的实验室环境条件下放置即可,24h即可完成固化。长方体凹槽模具和固化后的胶如图2.1所示。

       固化后,利用手工刀沿着长方体凹槽的两端进行切割,将固化成形的胶条完整取出。再用手动橡胶切片机配合哑铃型裁刀进行裁剪。其中,切片机的底部和哑铃型裁刀可以通过磁铁进行贴合,制备好的胶条需放置在裁刀的正表面下方进行裁剪。手动橡胶切片机和哑铃型裁刀如图2.2和图2.3所示。www.sdyuantai.com
