利用液体端氨基丁睛橡胶(ATBN)和环氧树脂制备得到一系列MS密封胶,该MS密封胶具有优良的耐高低温和耐压缩性能。但在对其性能研究中,实验数据表明其存在吸水率过高问题。本文研究了改换不同分子结构环氧树脂,并添加固化剂和偶联剂对MS密封胶吸水率的影响。实验数据表明,采用Jew-0120、壬基酚和钦酸醋偶联剂931后,MS密封胶的吸水率大幅度下降。
MS密封胶是一种用于填充孔和接缝之间间隙的粘贴材料,固化结成一个整体,具有防水、防尘、防雾的功能。应用于建筑行业、汽车产业、机械制造、船舶制造等领域,在各行建设中有着举足轻重的作用。
MS密封胶密封胶具有很强的胶粘性、耐磨性、力学性能、绝缘性、稳定性等等,但它的缺点也是存在的,例如韧性不好,脆性大等等。通过韧性环氧树脂直接固化液体端氨基丁睛橡胶,其中韧性环氧树脂采用缩醇醚作分子主链,分子柔韧性好,制备的MS密封胶强度大、伸长率高,耐压缩能力优异,耐高低温性能好。
本课题基于端氨基丁睛橡胶和环氧树脂制备的MS密封胶研究,由端氨基丁睛橡胶用环氧树脂固化而成制备的MS密封胶强度大、伸长率高、耐压缩能力优异、耐高低温性能好,但也存在吸水率高的问题。此次课题旨在探究改换不同分子结构环氧树脂,并添加固化剂和偶联剂对MS密封胶吸水率的影响。
按照表2配方,用高速搅拌机充分搅拌均匀,然后用小型三辊研磨机研磨2遍,制备A组分、B组分和B1组分。再按照表3配方,将各组分用高速搅拌机充分搅拌均匀脱气后,倒人聚四氟乙烯模具中成膜,膜厚2mm,成膜条件为50℃下固化48小日寸。
吸水率测试:将制备好的膜剪切成为lcm正方形样品泡水后,使用称量天平(精确到O.OIg),精测测量每段时间内样品的吸水量,每个配方测三组数据。www.sdyuantai.com
