见表4可知，沉淀白炭黑用量由1份增加到6份时，聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度和邵氏硬度都在增大，断裂伸长率随着用量的增多而减少，同时用量的增多对储存期也没有造成影响。但是沉淀白炭黑用量为9份时，拉伸强度下降到了0.39 MPa,断裂伸长率减小到了118%，储存期也受到了较大的影响。这说明沉淀白炭黑基料不能添加过多，否则会致使聚氨酯密封胶性能下降，从而达不到施工标准;其主要原因是沉淀白炭黑的补强效果还是没有气相白炭黑那么好，同时其表面的轻基较多，有着极强的化学吸潮与吸附性，所以添加过多时储存期也因此下降。

聚氨酯密封胶中如果全部加人沉淀白炭黑，其储存期就会变得很短，但是通过沉淀白炭黑做成基料的方式，可以大大的延长储存期，同时可以解决渗油现象;沉淀白炭黑的比表面积为200 mr/g时，所制备的聚氨酯密封胶力学性能最好，且应力发白的现象也得到了改善;沉淀白炭黑虽然能取代一部分气相，从而有效的降低成本，但是添加量也不宜过高，否则力学性能不会达到理想效果反而还会降低。www.sdyuantai.com
