       对固化后的MS密封胶进行TG-DSC检测分析,结果如图3-5所示。分析MS密封胶的TG曲线,可以分为三部分分析,第一部分:40-200 ℃,MS密封胶的质量缓慢下降,下降原因可能是水分和低分子物质的挥发。在200 ℃时,MS密封胶的质量损失率为1.44%。第二部分:200-3 80 ℃范围内,MS密封胶的质量下降速度加快,这可能是由硅橡胶的侧链甲基发生断裂和端经基发生反应所导致的。第三部分:当温度高于450 ℃时,MS密封胶的分子主链开始发生激烈分解,质量开始急剧下降,MS密封胶完全失效。说明该MS密封胶在200 ℃以下有较好的耐温性能。结合第一种耐温性试验,在200 ℃ ,  115 h时发生粉化,说明不能够在200 ℃以上长期使用。

       将固化后的拉伸剪切试样置于100 ℃的高温高压釜中浸泡30 d腐蚀介质为饱和NH4C1溶液(用HCl溶液调节pH至3),测定腐蚀试验前后的拉伸剪切强度,结果如表3-4所示。腐蚀试验后的拉伸剪切试样如图3-6所示。

       腐蚀试验后,一个拉伸剪切试样已经发生开裂(见图3-6最右侧的拉伸剪切试样)。乘余4试样的拉伸剪切强度平均值为0.40 MPa,略低于腐蚀试验前5组试样的拉伸剪切强度平均值0.69 MPa。MS密封胶与金属基材的破坏方式为MS密封胶与底材之间的附着破坏(即MS密封胶与底材的结合力小于MS密封胶内部的结合力,导致拉伸剪切试验后MS密封胶与基材之间发生破坏),从实验得出在酸性条件下,MS密封胶发生图3-7所示的水解反应。MS密封胶与金属的粘结性变差,起不到密封的作用。www.sdyuantai.com
