依据标准GB/T 1728-1979《漆膜、腻子膜干燥时间测定法》测定丁基防水嵌缝胶样品的表干时间。试验方法为指触法:以手指轻触漆膜表面，如感到有些发粘，但无漆粘在手上，即认为表面干燥，并记录表干时间。

依据标准GB/T 1728-1979《漆膜、腻子膜干燥时间测定法》测定丁基防水嵌缝胶样品的实干时间。试验法方为刀片法:用保险刀片在样板上切刮漆膜或腻子膜，并观察其底层及膜内均无粘着现象，及认定漆膜或腻子膜实际干燥，并记录实干时间。

按GB/T2411-2008标准中邵氏A型硬度的测定方法测定。使用型号为LX-D的邵氏硬度计进行试验，将压针缓慢压入试验材料，测量垂直压入的深度。压入深度和硬度成反比。

依据标准GB/T 9272-2007《色漆和清漆通过测量干涂层密度测定涂料的不挥发物体积分数》测定试样的干膜密度。将受漆器(如图2-7所示)在空气和水中称重，之后将丁基防水嵌缝胶涂敷于受漆器上，干燥后再在空气和水中称重，即可根据式(1)计算出干膜密度，根据式(2)和式(3)分别计算不挥发物的质量分数和体积分数。www.sdyuantai.com
