       极树型叶根与桦槽之间的装配间隙为0.2 mm左右,与涂层固化后厚度相近,保证涂料可以在密闭环境中固化的前提条件下,可以筛选耐高温涂料作为密封材料。极树型构丁基防水嵌缝胶对丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘结性要求不是很高,但其耐温性,耐腐蚀性及丁基防水嵌缝胶的流动性有一定要求。涂料是指涂敷在物体表面形成的厚度在0.3一3 mm之间的连续薄膜。耐高温涂料是指在200 ℃以上,涂膜仍能保持其良好的机械性能,涂膜完整、不起泡、不脱落。由于极树型结构间的厚度与涂料的厚度相符,所以耐高温涂料也可在此场合应用,耐高温涂料可以作为极树型结构丁基防水嵌缝胶使用。耐热涂料的种类有很多种,从分子组成上一般分为三类:有机耐高温涂料、无机耐高温涂料、有机一无机杂化涂料。有机耐高温涂料的主要成分为含苯环的高分子化合涂料和耐腐蚀元素的化合物涂料(有机氟涂料)。前者由于分子链中含有较多不饱和键,所以储存条件苛刻;后者涂料中固体成分含量较低,成膜性较差。无机耐高温涂料是指成膜物、填料、添加剂成分均为无机物的耐高温涂料。因原料直接来自于自然,有较好的环保性,可用于高温4001000 ℃,但其通常都有较高的硬度。有机无机杂化涂料是有机树脂与无机材料的复合,通过共价键、鳌合键、氢键相互作用而成的复合材料具备无机物的高强度,又具有有机物的高韧性。

       有机硅耐高温涂料有较好的耐热性和耐候性,已经广泛应用于各个行业,随着我国科技、航天技术的发展,对涂料耐热性能的要求也越来越高。目前国内在有机硅耐高温涂料的研究方面主要集中于在室温固化、耐热防腐等,但在水溶性、光固化、紫外固化以及耐更高温度有机硅涂料等方面的研究与国外相比还有很大的差距。为此今后应加大无机一有机硅复合耐高温材料、环保型耐高温有机硅材料以及光固化、紫外固化和室温固化方面的有机硅材料制备新技术、新工艺的开发力度。有机硅涂料通常需要高温(150250℃)固化,改性有机硅涂料可实现常温固化,但会在一定程度上牺牲涂料的耐高温性和柔韧性。如环氧有机硅树脂可以胺类固化,聚氨醋改性有机硅树脂可以异氰酸醋固化或湿气固化等。现阶段主要研究多集中于耐高温性能和力学性能,如柔韧性和附着力还需进行改善。如何平衡有机硅的耐高温性、常温固化、力学性能和耐腐蚀性是今后的研究方向。www.sdyuantai.com
