1.结构聚氨酯密封胶的使用

结构聚氨酯密封胶应在有围护的车间内施打，并且打注饱满，同时应该保持环境清洁并保持适当的温度和湿度，利于结构聚氨酯密封胶的固化。在施打结构聚氨酯密封胶之时，应先采用“二块抹布清洁法”对有关基材的表面进行清洁，然后再按照有关规范及设计要求施打结构聚氨酯密封胶，粘结玻璃与假框;同时按有关规范规定敏日进行结构聚氨酯密封胶的均匀性、化时化程度等检测并做好详细的记录。所谓二块抹布清洁法就是用一块沾有有机溶剂的布{应选用干净、柔软、吸水和不脱绒的布)对有关基材的表面先擦拭一遍，然后再用第二块干净的布擦拭一遍，擦干基材表面上的溶剂和残留物。施工安装时的搬运、安装都必须待所有胶完全固化后方可进行，在胶固化前有临时固定措施。如果结构聚氨酯密封胶在工地现场使用、也应保持环境清洁。双组分结构聚氨酯密封胶应在10 -- 30℃范围内使用、单组分结构聚氨酯密封胶可在5一48x;范围内使用。

2.建筑聚氨酯密封胶的使用

建.筑聚氨酯密封胶一般都在工地现场使用‘在施打时也应先对有关基材进行清洁，然后再按照有关规范以及设计要求进行建筑聚氨酯密封胶的施打，其施工温度为5一48'C，但最好不要在中午高温时打胶，以免固化后变形(起泡)。为了减少建筑聚氨酯密封胶固化后表面的变形，可采取以下方法:①使用开口型的聚胺醋小圆棒:②在接口表面正常温度下或者温度变化最小的情况下施打聚氨酯密封胶，例如在下午接近傍晚的时候进行聚氨酯密封胶的施打。③接U聚氨酯密封胶的深度不要超过6mm。www.sdyuantai.com
