以上的实验基本上确定了丁基防水嵌缝胶的配方，而固含量也会对丁基防水嵌缝胶液性能产生影响。实验发现，固含量的稍微改变对丁基防水嵌缝胶的干燥速度影响不大，但会影响丁基防水嵌缝胶的流动性，以及涂丁基防水嵌缝胶时的均匀性。从表7中可以看出当固含量在30%一35%时，力学性能优于其他固含量值。

丁基防水嵌缝胶粘刑对有机玻璃腐蚀性的影响

在同一块有机玻璃上切割两小块，先测试它们的透光度和雾度，然后分别放置于88#丁基防水嵌缝胶液和自制丁基防水嵌缝胶液中浸泡五天，洗净，再测试并对比前后结果，表8所示。

因为溶剂中环己烷对有机玻璃没有腐蚀性，甲苯的用量很小，所以对有机玻璃的腐蚀性也很小，透光度和雾度的变化量较小，达到无腐蚀的标准。而目前用的88#丁基防水嵌缝胶液中含大量乙酸乙醋，对有机玻璃的透光度和雾度造成严重影响。

本研究是在现用机舱堵漏丁基防水嵌缝胶基础上进行的改进，制备了对机舱玻璃无腐蚀型堵漏丁基防水嵌缝胶。最佳配方比例按质量份数表示为氯丁橡丁基防水嵌缝胶100，叔丁基酚醛树脂40,氧化锌10,氧化镁10，促进剂DM的份数为1，醋酸钠0.5，固含量控制在30 - 35%时性能最佳，基本达到了目前用的88#丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能。www.sdyuantai.com
