       GENIOSIL STP-E30和GENIOSIL STP-E35是一类以烷氧基硅烷封端的聚醚,二者有着不同的末端分子结构。GENIOSIL STP-E30为。结构的二甲氧基硅烷封端,GENIOSIL STP-E35为,结构的三甲氧基硅烷封端。不同聚合物种类对杂化STP-E弹性MS密封胶固化性能的影响,见表t。

       STP-E弹性MS密封胶是一种湿气固化型MS密封胶,其表干速度主要取决于聚合物的反应速度,而固化深度则与MS密封胶内部的水分扩散速度有关。分析表1中的数据可以发现,GENIOSIL STP-E30体系的MS密封胶表干时间为20 min,24 h固化深度为2.7 mm;GENIOSIL STP-E35体系的MS密封胶表干时间为65min,24 h固化深度为2.2  mm;随着体系中GENIOSILSTP-E35含量的增加,MS密封胶的表干时间变长、24 h固化深度变浅。即GENIOSIL STP-E30体系的MS密封胶固化胜能要优于GENIOSIL STP-E35体系的MS密封胶。这是因为。硅烷封端结构的GENIOSIL STP-E30比,硅烷封端结构的GENIOSIL STP-E35具有更高的活性。

       同时,随着施工环境温度和湿度的降低,同样会出现MS密封胶表干时间变长、24 h固化深度变浅。在温度。℃、相对湿度20%条件下,GENIOSIL STP-E35体系的MS密封胶24 h未表干。这是因为低温条件下,具有,硅烷封端结构的GENIOSIL STP-E35活性较低,同时空气中的水分含量过低,也导致聚合物难以固化。在低温低湿环境下,具有a硅烷封端结构的GENIOSIL STP-E30体系MS密封胶,固化性能也变差,但要优于GENIOSIL STP-E35体系的MS密封胶。因此,选择GENIOSIL STP-E30为基础聚合物,进行后续试验研究。www.sdyuantai.com
