纳米活性碳酸钙的二次粒径对聚氨酯密封胶拉伸性能的影响
图3是分别采用1#一4x纳米活性碳酸钙制得的聚氨酯密封胶A1, A2, A3, A4的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
从图3可以看出,随着纳米活性碳酸钙二次粒径的减小(而非一次粒径),聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都呈增大趋势(不管是常态还是浸水)。这说明纳米活性碳酸钙的二次粒径相比一次粒径对聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能的影响更大。可能是由于双轴行星搅拌机的搅拌及剪切作用难以使纳米活性碳酸钙分散开,所以纳米活性碳酸钙在密封胶胶料中仍以团聚体形式存在。纳米活性碳酸钙的二次粒径对RTV聚氨酯密封胶硬度的影响表2显示A1, A2, A3, A4的硬度随时间的变化。
从表2可以看出,随着二次粒径的减小,RTV聚氨酯密封胶的硬度呈增大趋势;随着养护时间的增加,其硬度有增大的趋势,但变化不明显。
一次粒径小的纳米碳酸钙,经表面处理后的二次粒径不一定小;二次粒径比一次粒径对RTV聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能影响更大:随着二次粒径的减小(而非一次粒径的增加),RTV聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和硬度都呈增加趋势。www.sdyuantai.com
