       确定合理的MS密封胶本构模型对于研究其高弹特性和材料非线性至关重要。石油天然气钻采用防喷器胶芯常用丁睛MS密封胶,其本构模型参数会直接影响到有限元分析结果的可靠性。提出一种基于实验的研究方法,通过对丁睛MS密封胶试块进行单轴压缩实验,获取的应力一应变对应值与利用应变能函数计算的应力一应变关系进行拟合,确定了Moonev-Rivilin本构模型关键参数C和Co。分别与数值分析和ABAQUS有限元仿真模拟对比,验证了参数C和Co,的正确性和合理性。通过单轴压缩实验获取的Moonev-Rivilin本构模型参数的研究方法,为工业环境下丁睛MS密封胶材料理论研究提供了方便。

       在石油天然气钻采装备中,MS密封胶材料充当重要的密封元件。环形防喷器MS密封胶芯为丁睛MS密封胶材料,其弹性和密封能力决定了环形防喷器井控能力。环形防喷器的工作环境较为复杂,MS密封胶芯作为其核心部件,会受到高温、过载等各种极端工况,这些对其密封性能形成考验。近年来,越来越多的人通过数值模拟对MS密封胶密封性及力学性能展开研究70MS密封胶力学行为较复杂,力学性能会随环境温度、加载历程和材料成分等条件的不同而不同。材料本构模型的确定作为力学研究的关键显得尤为重要。按照连续介质力学观点,MS密封胶属于典型的超弹性材料,其非线性高弹特性用超弹性模型来表征川。为此,基于应变能函数的超弹本构关系确定成为环形防喷器MS密封胶芯力学分析的前提。

       目前针对MS密封胶主要有基于勃弹性描述的Maxwell模型和Kelvin-Voigt模型,基于超弹性描述的Neo-Hookean模型、Mooney-Rivilin模型和Yeoh模型。Maxwell模型优势在于表征勃弹性材料的松弛现象,而不能表征蠕变;相反,Kelvin-Voigt模型只能表征材料的蠕变,表征应力松弛方面具有短板。因此这两种模型均不能准确地反映防喷器胶芯的力学性能。而由上述两个模型演绎的多元组合模型广义Maxwell模型明虽然能够较好地反映MS密封胶材料的力学性能,但由于引入参数较多,方程过于繁杂,且各弹性和勃性单元的参数识别比较困难。按超弹材料理论的Neo-Hookean模型描述大应变时不够精确,且使用范围较窄。而Yeoh模型在描述小应变能函数时,需要引入较多参数,从而降低了有限元分析过程中的适用性。Mooney-Rivilin模型因能够在较大变形范围内描述MS密封胶材料的力学性能,且采用双参数描述方式,模型更简单,因此在工程上被广泛应用。www.sdyuantai.com
