       从表3可以看出,添加疏水性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在40℃以下表现出良好的抗下垂性:当温度达60℃时,下垂度为2 mm;随温度上升,下垂度缓慢增大。由图3可知,随着应用温度的上升,疏水性气硅试样的茹度逐步下降,这也就是试样抗下垂性减弱的原因。温度上升使气相二氧化硅表面的氢键作用减弱,从而影响试样流变性和抗下垂性。酞胺改性蓖麻油试样在60℃以下表现出较好的抗下垂性;当温度超过80℃时,酞胺改性蓖麻油试样的茹度迅速下降,抗下垂性也随之下降;当温度达100℃时,试样已不具备抗下垂性,直接从模具中全部脱落。可见,蓖麻油衍生物的耐热性较差。市售聚酞胺蜡和SLT2个试样在100℃以下时具有较高的熟度和良好的抗下垂性;当温度达100℃时,2个试样出现下垂现象。可见,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有良好的温度适应性,但应用温度不宜超过100℃。

       (1)新型聚酞胺蜡Crayvallac SLT赋予硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶良好的触变性,较活性碳酸钙、气相二氧化硅、蓖麻油衍生物和市售聚酞胺蜡等触变剂更加高效。

       (2)新型聚酞胺蜡Crayvallac SLT易活化,热贮存稳定性优于气相二氧化硅。蓖麻油衍生物的热贮存稳定性不佳。

       (3)蓖麻油衍生物的耐热性较差;硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有良好的耐热性,但应用温度不宜超过100℃。www.sdyuantai.com
