       选择不同类型的触变剂以相同添加量添加到双组分聚氨酯密封胶((A组分)中,从茹度、防下垂性、热贮存稳定性和应用温度范围等几个方面进行对比。

       (1)茹度:采用Brookfield茹度计对制样1d后聚氨酯密封胶进行茹度测定,记录不同转速下的茹度,作出触变曲线。

       (2)热贮存稳定性:将聚氨酯密封胶样品在50℃烘箱内放置14d,然后取出。待冷却至室温后,重新测定茹度,与热贮存前茹度对比下。

       (3)应用温度:按照GB/T13477.6-2002分另试25℃,40℃,60℃,80℃和100℃下聚氨酯密封胶的下垂度,并测试相应温度下试样茹度变化。

       触变剂对聚氨酯密封胶勃度的影响试样的触变曲线如图1所示。由图1可见,只添加重质碳酸钙的空白试样茹度不随剪切速度的变化而改变。不同种类的触变剂都提升了聚氨酯密封胶的剪切变稀,但提升的幅度不同。由图1可见,对于聚氨酯密封胶的乳度和触变性提升次序为:SLT>聚氨酯密封胶>酞胺改性蓖麻油>疏水性气硅>PCC>空白。活性碳酸钙的触变效果最不明对比聚氨酯密封胶试样经过14d/50℃热贮存前后的茹度,结果如图2所示。由图2可见,不同种类触变剂表现出不同热贮存稳定性。活性碳酸钙试样的茹度经过热贮存后依然很低,没有明显变化。气相二氧化硅和市售聚氨酯密封胶的茹度在热贮存后有较明显的变化。市售聚氨酯密封胶试样的茹度上升是因为触变剂在制胶时并未得到完全活化,在热贮存期间进一步活化,从而使茹度进一步提升。可见,市售聚氨酯密封胶对制胶温度和搅拌时间有更高的要求,才能达到完全活化的效果。酞胺改性蓖麻油试样的茹度经过热贮存后稍微下降,这是由于蓖麻油衍生物对温度较为敏感,耐热性较差所致。热贮存后,新型聚氨酯密封胶SLT的熟度最高,较热贮存前无明显变化。可见,SLT在制胶条件下得到完全活化,活化温度要求较低,具有良好的热贮存稳定性。www.sdyuantai.com
