       采用乙醇对各种MS密封胶进行处理,通过对干胶重量减少率的对比,来分析各制罐用MS密封胶的耐介质性。理想的制罐用MS密封胶材料应具有以下性能:与基体板具有持久的戮接性能;良好的弹性和抗位移能力,能承受罐体各板块之间水平或垂直方向的位移,以免MS密封胶长期受拉伸或剪切应力后开裂;优异的耐介质性,以有效阻止溶剂从卷封接缝处泄漏;极佳的耐高低温性能(在较大的温度范围内保持良好的弹性)以及卓越的耐气候老化性能,以延长使用寿命;无毒、无害,对环境友好;单组分,室温硫化,施工方便,低成本。

       MS密封胶耐介质性直接影响成品罐的性能和使用寿命。耐介质性为耐水性、耐油、耐蒸汽、耐有机溶剂、耐化学药品性能的总称,目前一般是测定MS密封胶在一定介质中浸渍一定时间后的质量变化率。具有较强的溶剂化能力的各介质对MS密封胶有较强的作用。当MS密封胶浸于各介质中时,由于各介质对胶的溶剂化作用,会使MS密封胶吸收介质而发生溶胀。溶胀可能产生较大的内应力,当这种内应力大于MS密封胶的内聚强度时,会使MS密封胶破裂。当这种内应力大于豁接强度时,则会使粘接破坏,MS密封胶脱粘。当加热除去吸收的介质时,MS密封胶会发生收缩现象,使得干胶重量减少。因此可以采用干胶重量的减少率来衡量MS密封胶的耐溶剂性。

       MS密封胶按其是否可以直接接触食品,分为食品胶和非食品胶。本研究采用的食品胶为WBC480MH一35,OP453,SEAL1053,BLC900一35和BLC900一40,非食品胶OP649一70和SA970。各MS密封胶分别在常温和50℃下在乙醇中浸泡SOd,然后均在90℃下固化Sh,通过与空白样的对比,计算出各MS密封胶的重量减少率。www.sdyuantai.com
