       在建筑施上中使用优质的材料，保证建筑使用寿命和质量是现代化工材料发展趋势，聚氨酯密封胶在建筑后期装修装饰中作用也很大。在我国，聚氨酯密封胶主要包括聚氨酯密封胶、聚硫密封胶、有机硅密封胶。聚氨酯密封胶绿色环保，性能优良，其防腐性能可提高建筑物的使用寿命，对此，文献对聚苯胺及其复合材料的防腐性能研究现状进行了简单介绍，综述了聚苯胺复合材料制备方法，并对聚苯胺复合防腐材料发展前景进行了展以马尾松为研究对象，研究不同防腐剂对木材耐腐性能的影响，应用于古建筑及传统民居木构件防护工程。叙述了几类重要水性防腐蚀涂料的研究进展，提出了目前水性防腐蚀涂料改性研究存在的问题，归纳了纳米粒子作为填料对水性涂料防腐蚀性能的影响，指出今后水性防腐蚀涂料的发展趋势。
       本文根据以往研究经验，通过对制备好的双组份聚氨酯密封胶实施防腐性能试验，分析长适用期聚氨酯密封胶的实际应用性能。
       在编号为1一3的烧杯内分别加人用电子天平准确称量的密封胶，A,B组份按质量比100:10 ,100 : 20 ,100 : 30，使用刮刀沿同一方向均匀搅拌，在搅拌时避免带人气泡，制备成双组份聚硫密封胶样品，型号分别为MO-1,M0-2,M0-3。
       耐化学侵蚀试验、耐冻融循环性能试验的样品制备。
       制备样品的基材是20 mm x 20 mm x 40 mm的12块水泥砂浆砖块，在基材上分别涂MO-1,M0-2,M0-3型号双组份聚氨酯密封胶待固化后，在20℃室温条件下养护15 d，完成样品PT-1, PT-2, PT-3制备，该组作为留样样品。以相同方法制备3组样品作为试验样品。
       腐蚀性样品的制备。
       制备样品的基材为巧mm冷轧带肋钢筋，在基材上涂刷MO-1,M0-2,M0-3型号双组份聚氨酯密封胶待固化后，在20℃室温条件下养护15d，完成样品NT-1, NT-2 , NT-3制备。www.sdyuantai.com
